Wine tasting

Igår kväll gick vi på vinprovning. De hade goda röda viner och mousserande ...Men min favorit grej var vingelén ! Det är som en söt sylt som funkar superbra ihop med kex eller ost som snacks / förrätt. Vi svenskar gillar ofta blandningen av salt och sött. Min man tyckte (först ..) att jag var hel skum som la lingonsylt på köttbullarna. (men nu äter han dem så också).

Last night we went for the wine tasting. They had great red wines and nice sparkling... but my favourite thing was the wine jellies!!! It is like a sweet jam that goes great with crackers or cheese as a snack / appetizer.  Us Swedes love the mix of salt and sweet. My husband thought (at first ..) it was funny that we put lingon jam on meatballs. (now he eats them with it too). I also like fried camembert cheese with bluberry or raspberry sauce . Salt and sweet together is perfect....
