Salmon with sweet chili

Jag gjorde denna ur goda laxen häromdagen. Sklavenitis säljer mycket goda färska filéer av lax  fr Norge (!). Den här är gjord i ugnen med en cashew & sweet chili sås. Servera den med lime och yoghurt sås, ris och sockerärtor - Enjoy :)

 i like cooking but presentation is tricky

I made this amazing salmon the other day. I was pleasently surprise that Sklavenitis had very good fresh filets of salmon (!). This one is made in the oven with a cashew & sweet chili cover. Serve it with lime and yoghurt souce, rice and sugar peas. Enjoy and bon appetit !
