My big fat Greek cook book

Till min födelsedag fick jag denna kokbok. Den är skriven av den grekisk-svenska journalisten Alexandra Pascalidou och är delvis en kokbok och en kärleksförklaring till Grekland. Den har söta historier, fantastiska bilder och massor av grekiska recept. Jag vill verkligen testa några av dem asap. Det kommer att hjälpa att ha instruktionerna är på svenska. Grekiska recept använder skumma mätningar (vad e φλ?)och jag alltid blir förvirrad ....

For my birthday, the other week, I got this cook book. It is written by a Greek- Swedish journalist and is partly a cook book and a declartion of love to Greece. It has sweet stories, great photos and lots of Greek recepies. I am really excited to try some of them, and it will really help to have the instructions in Swedish. Greek recepies uses different cups and measurments (what is really φλ and κοταλιου το γλυκο) I always get confused....
