I'm cooking

Jag älskar att gå på restaurang och att beställa hem mat, men ibland kan jag också verkligen verkligen vilja laga mat. De sista dagarna var jag på super humör att stå i köket. Jag bestämde mig för att prova helt nya recept, vilket resulterade i en indisk kyckling curry gryta, en vit chokladmousse med jordgubbar, min jul sallad, tortellini med gorgonzolasås. Min mest framgångsrika rätt var blåbärscheesecaken. Here we go:

Make the filling of cream, blueberries, philadelphia cheese,
 gelatine leaves & the crust of biscuits and butter.

The blueberries are from Balaska supermarket
& guess from where they are imported? Uruguay!

I love going to restaurants and ordering food, but sometimes I also really really love to cook. The last days I was super in the mood for being in the kitchen. I decided to try all new recipes, which resulted in a indian chicken rice and curry dish, a white chocolate mousse with strawberries, my Christmas salad, tortellini with gorgonzola sauce. My most sucessfull dish was the blue berry cheese cake. Here we go:
